Masa finală a evenimentului 2013 WSOP Main Event s-a  stabilit, JC Tran fiind la conducere, cu 38.000.000 de chipuri. 27 de jucători s-a întors la acest eveniment încearcând să ajungă la masa finală, dar numai 9 jucători au ajuns aici: Amir Lehavot, Marc McLaughlin, Jay Farber, Ryan Riess, Sylvain Loosli, Michiel Brummelhuis, Mark Newhouse şi David Benefield.

Primul jucător eliminat a fost Benjamin Pollak, pe locul 27. Jorn Walthaus şi Jason Mann l-au urmat pe locurile 26 şi 25. După aceea, a venit rândul lui Steve Gee să părăsească concursul cu locul 24. Clement Tripodi(23), Yevgeniy Timoshenko (22) şi Maxx Coleman (21) au fost eliminați la rândul lor şi apoi a avut loc eliminarea lui Anton Morgenstern pe locul 20, care la începutul celei de-a doua zi era lider cu 22 milioane în jetoane.

După aceasta urmatorii jucatori eliminați, în ordine, au fost: James Alexander (19), Jan Nakladal (18), Fabian Ortiz (17), Chris Lindh (XVI), Bruno Kawauti (15), Sergio Castelluccio (14), Alexander Livingston (13), Rep Porter (12) şi Matthew Reed (11).

10 jucători au rămas în joc și mai era nevoie de o singură eliminare pentru a obține Masa Finală a evenimentului WSOP Main Event. Mortensen a fost cel care a plecat pe locul 10 și nu a primit șansa de a deveni campion al evenimentului principal pentru a doua oară.

Masa finală a evenimentului 2013 WSOP Main Event  se va juca la Penn and Teller Theatre din incinta cazinoului Rio din Las Vegas în luna noiembrie. Datele sunt luni 4 noiembrie până marţi 5 noiembrie.  

The 2013 WSOP Main Event Final Table is set with JC Tran in the lead, holding 38,000,000 in chips. The 27 players returned to the event trying to reach the final table but only 9 players are there. Amir Lehavot, Marc McLaughlin, Jay Farber, Ryan Riess, Sylvain Loosli, Michiel Brummelhuis, Mark Newhouse and David Benefield.

The first player to be eliminated was Benjamin Pollak in 27th place. Jorn Walthaus and Jason Mann followed him in 26th and 25th place. After that is was Steve Gee’s turn to leave in 24th place, with his back to back run coming to an end. Clement Tripodi(23th), Yevgeniy Timoshenko (22th) and Maxx Coleman (21th)left in turn and then occurred the elimination of Anton Morgenstern in 20th place who was leading with 22 million in chips when the day started.

After that elimination the following players left in turn. James Alexander (19th), Jan Nakladal (18th), Fabian Ortiz (17th), Chris Lindh (16th), Bruno Kawauti (15th), Sergio Castelluccio (14th), Alexander Livingston (13th), Rep Porter (12th) and Matthew Reed (11th).

10 players remained and we needed one more elimination to reach the 2013 WSOP Main Event Final Table. Mortensen was the one to go in 10th place and never got the chance to become a two time main event champion.

The 2013 WSOP Main Event Final Table be played at the Penn and Teller Theater at the Rio in Las Vegas on November. Dates are Monday, November 4th through Tuesday, November 5th.
